About The Flemming Group

Born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona, Jason began his career in Marketing and Customer Service with Hilton Hotel Corporation at the age of 17 and quickly became an assistant manager at the age of 20 while completing his Bachelors Degree in Marketing from Northern Arizona University. Upon completion, Jason worked in the banking industry for 5 years, which allowed him to channel his interest in marketing and strengthen his overall business techniques and principles.

At the age of 25 Jason decided to go back to school to obtain his MBA from Grand Canyon University while working full time as a Sale Manager in the real estate industry. Upon completion of his MBA a sales opportunity to work in the Textile industry presented itself.

Jason found this to be extremely enjoyable and rewarding as he traveled all over the country building and maintaining client relationships. This journey would eventually open the door to his opportunity to manage sales and client relationships in Orange County, San Diego, San Francisco, Arizona and the desert communities for The Flemming Group.

As a team, Jason Flemming and Jason Taylor create a synergistic approach to providing the highest quality products and customer service to residential and hospitality design firms.
